The Sanibel Island Golf Club is a 18 hole, par 70 golf course, it's one of two semi-private golf clubs on Sanibel Island. The clubhouse has a pro shop, office and restrooms, there is a restaurant with inside and out side dining ,Full liquor license at the restaurant and beer and wine license at the pro shop. The clubhouse could be easily expanded. May of 2022, all 18 greens were re-sodded with Paspalum Sod. In 2021 a total of 29,784 rounds were played at $124.00 per round, with new greens the cost per round will be increased to between $175.00 and $195.00 per round. It is anticipated that new greens will increase the amount of rounds.
