Both a Washer & Dryer along with a drying rack are located right in the condo. * Additional HOA Fees & Completion of all Transfer Forms will apply to all Babcock National Reservations. Applicable fees will be added to your initial reservation if you are arriving in less than 60 days.* For Arrivals 60 Days or more: You will be Mailing the Mandatory HOA Transfer Membership Forms & a Fee of $150. There is also an Optional $100 Golf Membership Transfer Fee. Gate / Vehicle Transponders are $50 each & Resort Amenity Passes are $25 each.
