Henderson Creek Park features both manufactured homes and traditional single family residences, and one of the few such communities to have no mandatory HOA or Co-Op fees. Within Henderson Creek Park is the Henderson Creek Club. Membership is $500 per year with a volunteering requirement for the maintenance of the club grounds. Exemptions are $75 per year.
